Tuba Christmas was established in 1974 in memory of one of the world's foremost tuba players, William J. "Bill" Bell. The same Alec Wilder arrangements of Christmas music for tubas and baritones are played by groups around the world. The Jackson Hole Community Band has sponsored and presented TubaChristmas for more than 15 years.

17 July 1992 - President George Bush visited Jackson Hole on July 17th, 1992. He spoke at a Picnic in the
Tetons held at the Jackson Hole Airport. The Jackson Hole Community Band provided musical entertainment

Old Bill's Fun Run, September 1997
In September of each year since 1997, we have performed as an integral part of the "Old Bill's Fun Run for Charities" sponsored by the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole.

The Old West Days Parade is part of an annual event in Jackson Hole, held over the Memorial Day weekend. The four-day Old West Days celebration, sponsored by the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce, is filled with events held throughout the Valley, commemorating the lifestyle of the old west, and officially welcoming the summer season.
